Mission Statement
The Friends of the Samuels Public Library seeks to develop, support, and sponsor family, adult, and children's programming; stimulate community awareness of the library as a valuable educational resource, provide volunteer assistance, promote a diverse and active membership; and, assist the library as needed in its provision of literacy and cultural opportunities in the community.
