If you reside in, own property in or are employed in Warren County you may register for and receive a library card free of charge. Samuels Library has also entered into reciprocal 
borrowing agreements with Fauquier County, Handley Regional, Massanutten Regional, and Shenandoah County library systems - this means that if you have a card in one of these jurisdictions, you are eligible to receive a free card here. You will be asked to complete an application and to present a picture ID verifying your address . The paper work will be completed on the spot, and you will receive your Samuels Public Library Card. Your FREE library card will provide you with a wealth of information, technology and recreation.
Library cards may be issued to any child over the age of 5. Parental or guardian signatures are required for all cards issued to children under the age of 18.
