Join Rick Farrall from Warren County Fire and Rescue when he presents critical information about:

  • Basic individual emergency preparedness
  • Smart 911 system
  • Fire extinguishers and visible house numbers
  • Pets and emergencies
  • County emergency plans (emergency shelter and emergency communications)
  • Cost recovery (ambulance billing)

Rick Farrall is a retired military officer, and now a Firefighter/EMT. He is the Cost Recovery Manager for Warren County Fire and Rescue and the Deputy Emergency Manager for Warren County.

Hiking Through Winter Wonderlands

This program showcases the beauty and advantages of winter hiking. Susan Tschirhart and Golda Liebl will present tips on how to plan your winter hikes, including a description of winter hiking gear and essential safety items that should be carried. Also, they will cover monitoring weather conditions, checking trail reports, and being prepared for medical emergencies. Register for this event online.
