Winter Reading

Beginning Wednesday, January 2nd through Saturday, March 2nd, experience the magic of books this winter with our Frosty the Snowman and the Magic of Reading themed Winter Reading Club! By reading library books each week, children can earn free books and prizes! Come to the many special programs at the library to enjoy even more fun and magic!

Upon registration, children will receive a tote bag, stickers, stamps, and reading log for use during the program. Free books and winter-themed prizes will be awarded weekly to readers who read one book within a week, and to pre-readers who listen to five books within a week. We require that children read library books for Winter Reading Club, rather than reading their own books. Patrons may register at the library, or sign up online at this link, beginning Wednesday, January 2nd. For more information, please call 540.635.3153 or visit the Youth Reference Desk.

Need help using the Beanstack system to sign up or log your books online? Read our guide for getting started here.

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Warren County for their sponsorship of this Winter Reading Club program.
