‘Tis the Season of Giving
Did you know that Samuels Public Library:
- Added over 12,000 new items to its collection last year?
- Offered over 900 free programs?
- Participated in outreach activities at area schools and community events?
Regular library revenues don’t cover all of these costs, but you can help!
The Library’s Giving Tree is decorated with photos of items needed by library staff for collections or programming. Patrons can choose an item from the tree and take it to the circulation desk to make a donation towards the purchase of that item. Requested items range from $9 to $400. Or you can make an unrestricted donation, which library staff can use at its discretion for collections, programming, and technology costs.
Samuels can only offer the quality materials and programs because of the generosity of this community.
