Sound Healing is one of the oldest forms of medicine on the planet. For one hour you will lie down or sit comfortably while singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and ancient instruments fill the room with frequencies that your nervous system has been waiting for. In one hour you may experience: deep relaxation, reduced anxiety, emotional release, mental clarity, relief from physical tension, and/or the best sleep of your week. This is not a concert or yoga class, there is no experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, pillow and/or blanket. Maybe even a friend! Register for this event online.

Jessyca Eve is a sound healer, shaman, and internationally recognized yoga teacher with over 25 years of dedicated practice across five continents and more than 40 nations. With 15,000+ hours of teaching experience, Jessyca is one of the most credentialed and well-traveled healing arts educators in the world. Her work spans sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, ceremony, and movement — woven together into transmissions that are distilled, not diluted, and felt long after the session ends.

A certified Pranayama coach, Rebirther, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Ayurveda Consultant, and E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher Trainer, Jessyca has spent two decades traveling from South America to Southern Africa, Asia, Europe and beyond — carrying ancient practices and plant medicines across the globe with reverence, precision, and deep devotion.

Her sound healing work is at the heart of everything she does. Drawing on crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and sacred instruments from her years of ceremonial practice worldwide, Jessyca creates sonic experiences that reset the nervous system, clear the energy field, and reach places that words — and even movement — cannot.

She is the founder of With Grace and Joy — Front Royal, Virginia's boutique wellness studio and retreat center, rooted in a charming log cabin on a legendary horse farm in the Blue Ridge.
